Getting Ready for Hoopfest!
Life can be funny…I’ve been wanting a studio for over a year now…now that’s finally happened and I’m too darn busy to think about it 
Oh well, there’s next week. Oh yeah, Julie Poole has done her usual great work updating the Images By Design Group Blog, so take a look!
I think everything’s about ready to load up and head to Benton, KY to cover the 2009 Marshall County Hoopfest for CBS MaxPreps. I’ve been very busy getting everything gathered, ready, and organized and hopefully we’re ready for about anything. Big thanks to Jamie Dahl for letting me crash the basketball tournament in Oliver Springs he was covering, I was able to nail down some lighting issues there. Jamie published 5 games with MaxPreps, you can see them here. More big thanks to Russ Bryson who provided me with some great backup equipment (we Nikon shooters are a close bunch), I’ll sleep much easier knowing I’m covered if anything goes wrong.
So I’m leaving out early Friday morning, shooting 5 games Friday, 7 on Saturday, and back home on Sunday. The Tournament actually starts tomorrow at 5:00 PM CST, See Ya!!!
